Busy day today,

Woke up this morning to take our daughter to school to find out that our daughter has a cough and a cold.

Visit to the hospital for them to give me the all clear.

Visit to the doctors for medication for my daughter.

Home - Feed the children, bath then bed.

Diet today:

Breakfast - 2 Peices of brown bread toast with a little butter
Lunch - Fresh beef roll with lettice, cucumber & tomato.
Snack - Time out chocolate bar (was nice!)
Evening Meal - Vegtable curry with chicken roll, weightwatchers korma sauce and 100g of pasta
1 Cup of tea.

Exercise - 6.20 Miles on the excercise bike.

Weighed myself today and i am now 124kg's WOW in 3 weeks i have lost 3kgs.
