Been a bit busy again today (SORRY)
This morning i had Malties with milk. Yummy :)
Then Ryvita Crackerbread for lunch with a slice of chicken roll.
Will Blog later.
Excercised today as well 45 minutes on the excercise bike - 515 calories :) Gone out of my life!
