Hey Guys,
Sorry about yesterday, i fell asleep ooooops
Back to today...
Breakfast was 100g of shredded wheet with fruit (YUMMY!!!) with 300g of semi skimmed milk
Then Lunch time i had 2 brown sandwhiches with Chicken roll also very nice.
