Wow. What a bad day.

Just realised how much food I ate yesterday. Time to cut down Mr Richens. Had two meals yesterday which is like leading a bull to a china shop. STOP IT! No more pop or bread for 7 weeks. Bad carbs. More fiber. 3 meals a day start again tomorrow.

Will be doing a weigh in, in three weeks. Will let you know the result....
