Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update

Todays meals have included for breakfast:

Sausage and Bacon roll with a slice of cheese (Todays Cheat Day)

Then for lunch i had  a Turkey (Good source of protein) soft baguette from Jenkins. (The best rolls in south west wales).

More Protein this evening, Chicken in gravy with some fresh made sweet potato wedges.

Lovelly.

Tomorrow is getting back on track with the diet :).
