AAAAAAAH YESTERDAY WAS A REALLY BAD DAY.
3004 CALORIES!!!
I have put on 1lbs today.
So there we go. NEVER AGAIN.
Mind you it was our sons birthday yesterday and he wanted us all to go to MC'D. So we did. Had great fun, however we over ate on our calories and have been feeling the effect since!.
