This evenings been a quiet and wet one. Seems like winter is here already.
This evening meal was absolutely lovely. I had a chillie con carne with 100g of pasta. Yummy.
Also i have done another 4.3 miles on the exercise bike this evening.
Going to go and watch some television now.
