Hey bloggers,

Sorry about not blogging recently, been ever so busy!.

Just a quick round up of todays eating activity.

Oatmeal for breakfast with semi skimmed milk (YUMMY)

Brown breaded chicken roll sandwhich.

Then this evening i made a wholemeal pasta bolognase.

Keep up the good work to everyone.

Its hard but then the weight loss at the end is well worth it.
