Good Morning all,

Hope all of my bloggers are having a great time?

Well,

I have lost 2lbs this week just by watching what i eat. (Literally). We have got rid of all the nasty foods in the house and been shopping yesterday.

We bought a seeded loaf of bread and it is yummy.

I had a packet of crisps. (I know that crisps are not allowed but these are baked). See photo at the bottom.

Then at 11am i had a peice of bread with butter.

Will Blog my lunch when its done. It looks nice.
