Venison Review.

So here it is the venison review,
Just before i start, per burger there are 158 Calories!!! WOW that is not many for a burger
The meat was from http://www.keziefoods.co.uk ( +Kezie Foods )
Frying pan heated, sizzling 1 cal spray just awaiting the venison.
Slowly placing the venison on the pan you can hear the sizzle of the burgers hitting the texture of the pan. The burger was cooked turning only once (to enhance the flavors and keep the flavor).
The smell of the steam from cooking was very nice. The aroma was a sweet but meaty smell. The burgers are really soft (but do not break whilst turning!).
After turning the burger, you could see the burger cooking on the pan turning from red to a juicy brown color. When it was cooked you could see that NONE of the flavours had left the burgers so eating them with every bite you could taste the succulent venison.
When biting into the burger there was an amazing feel nice and crumbly in the middle but firm on the outside (Just how i like burgers).
As you can see i had a salad with the burger in a Warburton Thin. NO BUTTER OR MARGARINE.
Overall the Venison was the best that i have tasted and i would give 10 out of 10 marks for the burger!
